Notinis Italian Restaurant first opened for business in June of 1981. Jerry Notini Kolniak and his brother Ronnie and their father Stanley started the Italian restaurant. The restaurant was opened in honor of Jerrys grandfather, Antonio Notini, who immigrated to this country from Barga, Italy on November 19, 1909. Antonio worked in the restaurant and bar business until his retirement in 1960. Notinis Italian Restaurant is a casual dining experience with a family atmosphere. You may see some customers in shorts and t-shirts, and others in tuxedos and evening dresses. Prices are moderate. Notinis prides itself in producing their food from scratch on the premises in their own kitchen. Our own recipe for a plain tomato sauce and a white fettuccine alfredo sauce are made daily at the restaurant, and is the basis for other menu items, like lasagna, chicken fettuccine and shrimp fettuccine. Notinis Italian Restaurant is located in the 2000 block of a busy Airline Drive in the Bossier Corners shopping center.
